Job Description: We are completing an external renovation under an approved DA. The final step will be the landscaping. We have a landscape plan. It includes: 1. Transplanting and relocating a "Fried egg" tree about 2.5m high on the Council strip (permit obtained) 2. Planting a new garden bed about 2m square with 3 species of grass/perennials (on plan) 3. Filling a 15m long x 400mm square planter box on a terrasse with soil, transplanting gardenias from the back garden and planting new gardenias 4. Planting a tall hedge of Lilly Pilly in the back garden along the fence in a 6m planter space 5. Planting a new variety in existing planter boxes in back garden (where the gardenias will have been removed from) 6. Planting low grass into small planters (1.3m x 200mm wide) alongside new entry ramp on Council strip (permit obtained) 7. Relocating a 1.3m x 500mm wide planter with tall grass about 5m west from existing location on the Council strip (permit obtained) 8. Re-seeding or re-turfing a 2m square patch of ground (concrete removed) on Council strip (permit obtained) 9. Planting one new Hawthorne next to 3 existing ones to fill gap in front garden 10. Planting ground cover to replace lawn in front garden (about 20 sqm) 11. Finalising all the irrigation tubing connections and valve installation (Rainbird control box and electrical wiring already passed)
